"The Academies" is an innovative space developed by Emirates Leisure Retail (ELR) and MMI, introducing a fresh concept in hospitality training. Our design features four distinct rooms: Costa Academy, Bar Academy, Wine Academy, and a dedicated meeting space. Each Academy offers specialized training sessions tailored to its respective area of expertise.

We have also implemented a cohesive color scheme throughout the space, carefully curated to complement each academy and create a vibrant, youthful atmosphere conducive to learning and collaboration. This unique facility provides comprehensive education and hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.
